Zero Tolerance Community Guidelines

At GoLoca, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users. To maintain this positive community, we have established the following zero-tolerance guidelines. Violation of these rules will result in immediate temporary bans, with the potential for permanent suspension for repeat offenders.

1. Inappropriate Behavior/Messaging

• Abusive, offensive, or hateful language, including derogatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity, is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening, bullying, or harassing any member of the community in private messages, comments, or any form of communication on the app will not be tolerated.

2. Inappropriate Content

• No nudity or 18+ content is allowed in any part of the app, including profile photos, posts, or messages. This applies to explicit images, videos, and any sexual content or discussions.

3. Profile Photo Guidelines

• Profile photos must be appropriate for a general audience. While beach clothing (such as swimsuits) is allowed, photos must not include nudity, sexually suggestive poses, or any content that would make users uncomfortable.
• Shirtless or pantless photos are not allowed, unless they are deemed appropriate within context (e.g., beachwear in a relevant setting). Any images deemed inappropriate by our community or moderators will be removed immediately.

4. Harassment

• Harassing other users through persistent unwanted messaging, stalking, or any form of intimidation is strictly forbidden.
• This includes sexual advances, unsolicited flirting, or repeated contact after being asked to stop.

5. Respect Personal Boundaries

• Users must respect the personal space, preferences, and boundaries of others in both online communication and offline interactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Any activity that promotes or solicits illegal activities, violence, or harm to others is banned.
• The use of the platform to share or promote explicit, dangerous, or illegal content will result in immediate suspension.

Consequences

Breaking any of these guidelines will result in the following consequences:

• Immediate temporary ban from the app without warning.
• Repeat violations will result in permanent suspension from the platform.
